Occasional use of spaces

The concession for the use of the premises is regulated by specific regulations and provides for a financial consideration for the occupation of the premises and for the assistance provided by the staff, in accordance with current legislation.

Authorisation must be applied for:

• to the Director of the Library of Modern and Contemporary History for the Library’s internal premises, by filling in the application (download the form) and sending it by e-mail to . A minimum of 5 staff members (one from area III and four from area II/I) and a maximum of 10 are required to assist with extra-institutional initiatives. The service is regulated by a specific contract (download facsimile).
• to the Superintendency of Fine Arts and Landscape of the Municipality of Rome (Ministry of Cultural Heritage and Activities and Tourism) for the outdoor spaces of Palazzo Mattei di Giove, addressing the application to the Office for Additional Services and Concessions for Use.
